Endocrinology
In the Endocrine Surgery Department patients undergo all thyroid operations such as thyroid lobectomy and total thyroidectomy as well as parathyroidectomy. The consultant is Dr Seshadri Nathan Pramodh.
Conditions treated include:
- Addison's disease
- Cholesterol
- Cushing's syndrome
- Endocrinology
- Hyperglycaemia
- Hyperlipidaemia and lipid-lowering medicines
- Hypoglycaemia
- Thyroid over-active
- Thyroid Surgery
- Thyroid under-active
