We are the private patient wing situated within Yeovil District Hospital where you can receive treatment almost immediately and on a date to suit you. You can view our fantastic private patient facility in our 360-degree tour.

The Kingston Wing provides you with peace of mind in terms of low infection rates and immediate access to diagnostic and emergency services on site.  Please be aware that when choosing your private healthcare provider, not all private patient hospitals have access to emergency care on site.

As a private patient on the Kingston Wing, you can be assured of a clean, safe and caring environment with the additional benefits of two outpatient consulting rooms, a comfortable reception area, 14 single en-suite rooms, unlimited visiting, a-la-carte menu, flat screen television with Freeview, direct dial telephones and a complimentary newspaper.

Kingston Wing patients have access to one of the highest-performing radiology departments in the country. We can also provide access to ground-breaking laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, and pioneering research and development. The Kingston Wing offers many procedures as day cases, including specialist shoulder surgery. The unit is pleased to accommodate insured patients and self-funding patients, and those NHS inpatients requesting a transfer to private accommodation as an amenity patient on the Kingston Wing (subject to availability).
